As an in-house designer, I led the redesign of the product’s UI. To make the best use of limited time, I interviewed stakeholders to identify the most important problems to address first. Because the product is complex and used by different types of users, I carried out user research using various methods. The insights were then shared with stakeholders and used to improve both the user experience and the interface design.

I was responsible for designing the user interface of their complex high-tech product. I began the project by mapping the user flow and deepening my understanding of the requirements through close collaboration with developers and industrial designers. Throughout the development process, I also conducted usability studies to gather feedback for ongoing improvements.

As a designer, I created multiple prototype solutions based on received user feedback to communicate the improvement ideas to developers and designers. In addition to that, I updated assets in their design system, so that they can be used more efficiently in the future. I conducted user interviews in Finnish to gain insights into users' behaviour and preferences. The findings from these interviews will be essential in guiding the continuous product development.
